This has to be a first. We've heard about "hiding" an engagement ring in champagne or some other liquid prior to popping the question. But, the guy who placed an engagement ring (true story) in a Wendy's Frosty wasn't thinking too clearly. His fiance promptly downed the Frosty...and the engagement ring.
The couple went to the hospital where the future groom popped the question by using the x-ray which showed the ring in the young lady's insides. I doubt there's been another time when an x-ray served as a proxy for a real engagement ring!
